1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Wealth Ninja (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyberdyne Investments cc regarding your use of the Service.

2. Service Description

Wealth Ninja is a personal finance tracking platform that allows users to record income, expenses, assets, liabilities, goals, and generate financial reports. The Service is available via web browser and mobile application (iOS and Android).

Wealth Ninja is a financial tracking tool — not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or investment platform. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its use is prohibited by law.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@wealthninja.app of any unauthorised account access.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

5.1 Plans

Wealth Ninja offers a free tier and a Pro paid plan. Pro features are listed on our Pricing page.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.3 Refunds

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' respective refund policies. Apple and Google handle all billing and refunds for in-app purchases — we cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those stores. For web subscriptions, contact us at support@wealthninja.app within 7 days of charge.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not result in a pro-rated refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or databases.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to provide services to third parties without our express written consent.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or feature gates.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Cyberdyne Investments cc a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell your personal or financial data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Financial statements generated by the Service are self-prepared based on data you have entered and have not been audited or verified by a certified accountant.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by Cyberdyne Investments cc and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Financial data accuracy depends entirely on information you enter — we are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data entry.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERDYNE INVESTMENTS CC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyberdyne Investments cc, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by visiting /data-deletion or emailing support@wealthninja.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. POPIA Compliance (South Africa)

Cyberdyne Investments cc is the Responsible Party under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We process your personal information in accordance with POPIA's conditions for lawful processing.

South African users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforeg@justice.gov.za or +27 10 023 5207.

14. Mobile App — End User Licence Agreement

This section constitutes the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the Wealth Ninja mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. See our full EULA page for complete terms.

Licence Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Wealth Ninja app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Apple / Google: Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA and bear no responsibility for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of South Africa.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
