End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence Grant

Cyberdyne Investments cc ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Wealth Ninja mobile application (the "App") on any iOS or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App.
• Copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by the App Store or Play Store terms.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Cyberdyne Investments cc. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

4. Subscription & In-App Purchases

Certain features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed by those platforms and subject to their respective billing and refund policies:

• Apple: Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google: Subscriptions are managed in Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google Play support.

We cannot process refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. Contact us only for web-subscription billing queries.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User-Generated Content

All financial data you enter into the App (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, goals) is your own data. You retain ownership of this data. We process it solely to provide the Service to you and will not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No Financial Advice

The App is a personal finance tracking tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Maintenance & Support

Cyberdyne Investments cc is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App as required by applicable law. Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple (for iOS) and Apple may, at its option, refund the purchase price of the App. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

10. Liability

Cyberdyne Investments cc is responsible for addressing any claims arising from the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property infringement claims, and any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for any such claims.

11. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including RevenueCat (subscription management), Sentry (error monitoring), and cloud infrastructure providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Export Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a South African, U.S., or EU government embargo, and that you are not listed on any government prohibited or restricted parties list.

13. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. You may also request deletion of your account and data at wealthninja.app/data-deletion.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
